Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 18-70 years old
  • signs/symptoms of cellulitis

Exclusion

  • steroid use in last 2 weeks
  • hx of adrenal insufficiency
  • suspicion for dvt or abcess
  • systemic signs of sepsis
  • ICU admission
