Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Male or female aged more than 18 years
  • Written informed consent
  • Diagnosis of severe asthma according to ATS criteria

Exclusion

  • Smoker or former smoker
  • Chronic viral infections (hepatitis, HIV)
  • Aspergillosis
  • Pregnancy
  • Breastfeeding
  • Contraindications to gallopamil or bronchoscopy
