Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Male or female aged more than 18 years
- Written informed consent
- Diagnosis of severe asthma according to ATS criteria
Exclusion
- Smoker or former smoker
- Chronic viral infections (hepatitis, HIV)
- Aspergillosis
- Pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
- Contraindications to gallopamil or bronchoscopy
