Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Pain in one or more pelvic joints.
- Minimum 2 positive clinical tests.
- High pain and disability score
- Tried adequate physiotherapy without effect.
Exclusion
- Known psychiatric diagnosis
- Other spine pathology
- CT verified ankylosis
- BMI\>30
