Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age \> 18 years
- 5 to 14 days of migraines per month
Exclusion
- Headache by medication abuse
- Patients who already know relaxation technics
- Depression
- Contra indication of using beta-bloquant or Oxetorone
