Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of Menorrhagia
- Must be able to swallow tablets
Exclusion
- Endometrial abnormality
- Pelvic infection
- Pregnancy
- Breast Feeding
- Requirement for birth control
- Known intolerance/lack of effect of tranexamic acid
