Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Clinical diagnosis of Menorrhagia
  • Must be able to swallow tablets

Exclusion

  • Endometrial abnormality
  • Pelvic infection
  • Pregnancy
  • Breast Feeding
  • Requirement for birth control
  • Known intolerance/lack of effect of tranexamic acid
