Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Low back and/or leg pain due to possible lumbar facet joint disease
Exclusion
- patient with BMI\>35
- coagulopathy
- allergy to local anesthetic and ultrasound gel
- patient unable to fill out post procedure pain diary
