Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18\~65 both sexes
- Adequate daily function for horticultural activities
- Day care patients or referred from OPD
- Willing to accept and cooperate with H/T
Exclusion
- Substance abuser or PD
- Severe suicide or harmful behaviors
- Severe physical problem impeding horticultural activities
- Lack of motivation for H/T
