Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult (age\>18 years) hospitalized patient with hospital-acquired pneumonia due to Gram negative bacteria

Exclusion

  • pregnancy
  • lactating woman
  • colistin allergy
  • severe renal impairment
  • epilepsy
