Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Previously untreated cervix cancer
  • FIGO stage IB2, II, IIIB, IVA
  • Suitable for treatment with radical intent using concurrent cisplatin and pelvic radiation

Exclusion

  • Hemoglobin level above 125g/L
  • Lower one-third vaginal involvement
  • Para-aortic lymphadenopathy
