Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of resistant hypertension
- Apnea/hypopnea index \> 15
Exclusion
- Cardiac surgery on last 3 months
- Serious arrhythmias
- Insulin dependent diabetes
- Debilitating neurological disease
- severe COPD
