Inclusion
- Diagnosis of COPD
- Written informed consent
Exclusion
- Not able to adhere to study protocol
- Not competent enough in understanding Dutch language
- Participation in pulmonary rehabilitation program within previous 6 months
- Current participation in other research study in COPD
