Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • stroke survivor in stroke rehabilitation unit
  • age 45-85
  • able to consent
  • no prior treatment with CPAP

Exclusion

  • complex apnea
  • known inflammatory disease
  • neurological disease precluding patient's ability to consent and cooperate
