Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Groups 1 and 2 -patients MS - EDSS\<7
  • Group 3- patients with first clinical inflammatory symptom

Exclusion

  • Pregnant or not taking contraceptive
  • Contraindication for lumbar puncture
  • Contraindication for NMR
