Inclusion
- Groups 1 and 2 -patients MS - EDSS\<7
- Group 3- patients with first clinical inflammatory symptom
Exclusion
- Pregnant or not taking contraceptive
- Contraindication for lumbar puncture
- Contraindication for NMR
