Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Positive stool sample for rotavirus test
Exclusion
- Severe malnourishment
- Severe dehydration
- Use of antibiotics, probiotics or nitazoxanide 2 weeks before admission
- Systemic infections
- Severe chronic disease
- Mixed enteric infections besides rotavirus
