Inclusion
- Histologically proven BCCs
Exclusion
- rodent ulcer
- morphea type
- ANA +
- history of photosensitivity or photodermatosis or ingestion of phototoxic drugs during last month
- pregnancy
- breast feeding
- age\< 18
- history of another therapeutic intervention for bcc during last 6 months
