Inclusion
- Having metabolic syndrome according to international diabetes foundations definition (IDF).
Exclusion
- Unstable angina pectoris
- Uncompensated heart failure
- Myocardial infarction during the past 4 weeks
- Complex ventricular arrhythmias
- Kidney failure
