Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Incompletely visible transformation zone in women with High grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL)
  • Suspicion of microinvasive carcinoma or occult invasive carcinoma
  • Suspicion of glandular disease

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • Coagulation disorders
  • Cervicitis were present
  • Refusal to participate in the study
