Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Incompletely visible transformation zone in women with High grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL)
- Suspicion of microinvasive carcinoma or occult invasive carcinoma
- Suspicion of glandular disease
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Coagulation disorders
- Cervicitis were present
- Refusal to participate in the study
