Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • severe head trauma with a glasgow coma scale less than 9

Exclusion

  • prehospital cardiac arrest
  • severe hemorrhage shock
  • severe circulatory or respiratory failure
  • medullar trauma
  • prehospital osmotherapy
