Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- severe head trauma with a glasgow coma scale less than 9
Exclusion
- prehospital cardiac arrest
- severe hemorrhage shock
- severe circulatory or respiratory failure
- medullar trauma
- prehospital osmotherapy
