Inclusion
- Diagnosis of schizophrenia
- Clinical Global Impression large than 3
- Written informed consent
Exclusion
- Comorbid of substance abuse/dependence
- Present or history of tardive dyskinesis or neuroleptic malignant syndromes
- Severe physical problems
- pregnant or lactating women
