Inclusion
- patients with double- or triple-vessel coronary artery disease
- patients with left ventricular ejection fraction =\< 40% or \>= 60%
- elective or urgent isolated coronary artery bypass grafting
Exclusion
- previous cardiac surgery
- emergency indications
