Inclusion
- Age 21 - 80 years
- Both Male, Female
- all patients undergoing Lipectomy, TRAM / DIEP flap reconstruction
- patients with abdominal wall defects
Exclusion
- patient refusal
- infection of the abdominal / generalised infection
