Inclusion
- Confirmed HIV infection
- Accepted to participate in the study
Exclusion
- Acute intercurrent infection
- Treatment that modifies glucose or lipid profile
- Pregnancy
- Known diabetic patient
- Chronic renal failure with calculated creatinine clearance \< 60ml/min
