Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- COPD and/or HF diagnosis; confirmation based upon medical chart review.
- clinically significant symptoms for anxiety and/or depression.
Exclusion
- cognitive impairment
- presence of bipolar, psychotic or substance abuse disorder.
