Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- adults with blood pressure from 120/80 mmHg and less than 140/90 mmHg
- no pharmacological treatment for blood pressure control
Exclusion
- hypertension (more than 140/90mmHg)
- Diabetes Mellitus type 1 or 2
- Chronic kidney disease (MDRD less than 60)
- Hepatic Disease
- Malignancy
- Pregnancy
- patient receiving any medication
