Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • adults with blood pressure from 120/80 mmHg and less than 140/90 mmHg
  • no pharmacological treatment for blood pressure control

Exclusion

  • hypertension (more than 140/90mmHg)
  • Diabetes Mellitus type 1 or 2
  • Chronic kidney disease (MDRD less than 60)
  • Hepatic Disease
  • Malignancy
  • Pregnancy
  • patient receiving any medication
