Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Elective CABC patients
Exclusion
- Previous episodes of AF of flutter
- Contraindications for betablocker use
- Sick sinus syndrome
- II or III degree atrioventricular block
- Uncontrolled heart failure
- Previous medication of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive medication
- Emergency surgery
