Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Children 6 to 9 years of age with tonsils degree 3 or 4 ,
- Sleep snores and narrow maxilla or class II malocclusion.
Exclusion
- Neurological diseases,
- Tooth missing ,
- Previous orthodontic treatment.
