Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Infant birth weight less than 1500 grams
- Maternal educational attainment less than/equal to 12 years
- Maternal low income status (Medicaid participant prior to delivery)
Exclusion
- Non-English speaking
- Illicit drug use during pregnancy
