Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Infant birth weight less than 1500 grams
  • Maternal educational attainment less than/equal to 12 years
  • Maternal low income status (Medicaid participant prior to delivery)

Exclusion

  • Non-English speaking
  • Illicit drug use during pregnancy
