Since nicardipine is known to protect kidney function, nicardipine infusion will result in better renal parameters measured in this study.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • healthy adult patients undergoing hypotensive anesthesia

Exclusion

  • patients with any co-morbidity
