Inclusion
- Healthy male and/or female subjects
Exclusion
- Evidence or history of clinically significant hematological, renal, endocrine, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, hepatic, psychiatric, neurologic, or allergic disease.
- Clinically significant infections within the past 3 months.
