Inclusion
- Painful tendons at the Achilles tendon (both insertional and mid-portion tendinopathy)
- patella tendinopathy
- elbow tendinopathy
- informed consent
Exclusion
- no informed consent
- no painful tendons
- allergy against Polidocanol
- current treatment with Marcumar
