  • Score \> 21 on Anxiety Sensitivity Index - Revised Fear of Respiratory Symptoms Subscale.

Exclusion

  • Seizures
  • Hypertension
  • Heart problems
  • Pregnancy
  • Asthma
  • Other health conditions exacerbated by intense exercise.
