Inclusion
- referral for bronchoscopic investigation/sampling
- informed consent signed
- recent spirometric data
Exclusion
- sedated and/or ventilated patients
- patients on ICU
- patients under oral anticoagulation
- co-existing lung disease
- acute infectious pulmonary disease
