Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Participants must be primary care patients one of 6 participating clinics
- Participants must be aged 50-75
- Participants must have received a flu shot during a primary care visit on any date during the 2009-10 flu shot season (beginning September 28, 2009 and ending at the end of January, 2010).

- None
