Inclusion
- Neonates for whom healthcare was provided
- Born alive
- Neonate greater than or equal to 22 0/7 weeks estimated gestational age
Exclusion
- Stillborn
- Fetal demise
- Neonates less than or equal to 21 6/7 weeks estimated gestational age
