Inclusion

  • US Army deployed personnel
  • score on a mood questionnaire

Exclusion

  • currently consume omega-3 fish oil supplements
  • are currently taking antidepressant or other medications for psychiatric purposes
  • pregnant
  • known fish or shellfish allergy
