Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia
  • prolonged fever and deterioration of radiological findings despite macrolides treatment for 7 days or more.

Exclusion

  • chronic cardiac and pulmonary disease
  • immunodeficiency
  • requiring mechanical ventilation
  • with other pathogens detected during pneumonia.
