Inclusion

  • obstruction of nasolacrimal pathway
  • eligible for DCR surgery
  • 18 years of age or older

Exclusion

  • warfarin treatment
  • renal insufficiency
  • pregnancy
  • mental retardation
  • tendency to bleed
  • thromboembolic disease
  • thrombophilia
