Inclusion
- obstruction of nasolacrimal pathway
- eligible for DCR surgery
- 18 years of age or older
Exclusion
- warfarin treatment
- renal insufficiency
- pregnancy
- mental retardation
- tendency to bleed
- thromboembolic disease
- thrombophilia
