Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Infants delivered in a specially equipped resuscitation room(s)
  • \<28 weeks gestational age by best obstetric estimate before delivery
  • Requiring resuscitation

Exclusion

  • No known major congenital anomalies
  • Decision made not to provide full resuscitation
