Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Infants delivered in a specially equipped resuscitation room(s)
- \<28 weeks gestational age by best obstetric estimate before delivery
- Requiring resuscitation
Exclusion
- No known major congenital anomalies
- Decision made not to provide full resuscitation
