Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- severe asthmatics (GINA step 4 or step 5 (without anti-IgE))
Exclusion
- viral/fungal/bacterial infection +fever (\<1 month)
- asthma exacerbation (\<3 months)
- other respiratory disease (CF, ciliary dyskinesia,bronchiectasis)
