Inclusion
- tachypnea \> 25 /min or Pa02 \< 70 mmHg or SpO2 \< 93%
- diagnosis suspected: CAP, PE,EACOPD, AHF
Exclusion
- other cause of dyspnea,
- unreachable on Day 30
