Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patient age 11-18 years
  • patient English speaking
  • patient legal guardian willing to participate
  • patient on oral IBD maintenance medication for 3 months or longer

Exclusion

  • history of significant parent-reported cognitive or developmental delay
