Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Fulfil Lacour's criteria for Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
  • Sign a written informed consent form

Exclusion

  • A psychotic or bipolar disorder
  • An acute psychiatric disorder requiring other treatment
  • Suicidal ideations
  • Current alcohol or drug abuse
  • Previously engaged in a mindfulness programme
