Inclusion

  • fire smoke exposed patient
  • \> 18 years of age
  • admitted to hospital

Exclusion

  • \< 18 years of ager
  • trauma patient
  • Control group (healthy volunteers/hospital staff):
  • \> 18 years of age
  • non-smoker
  • no exposure to fire smoke
