Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- hospitalisation in the hematology or intensive care department
- age \> 16 years
- informed consent
- proven or probable IPA (EORTC/ MSG criteria)
- galactomannan positivity in BAL or serum
Exclusion
- age \< 16 years
