Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 50 years and over
- Moderate to severe stroke (Barthel Index \>/= 70)
- Admitted to Rehabilitation Unit within 7 days
Exclusion
- Patients with naso-gastric feeding tube
- Edentulous patients
- Patients with communication difficulties
