Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • IBS according to the Rome III criteria
  • Adults

Exclusion

  • other GI disorders
  • other medical conditions
  • were pregnancy or breast-feeding
  • food allergy or intolerance to other than lactose
  • ongoing intake of aloe vera products
