Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Male or female
  • Full-time in high school
  • primary sleep complaint consistent with delayed sleep phase disorder

Exclusion

  • sleep only in prone position
  • currently taking medications specifically for the treatment of a sleep disorder
