The study was randomized equivalence trial

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients who scheduled for craniotomy for tomor removal

Exclusion

  • allergic to labetalol or diltiazem
  • Bradycardia \< 60 beat/min
  • Second or third degree heart block
  • Severe asthma or severe COPD
  • Brain stem tumor
