Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients who scheduled for craniotomy for tomor removal
Exclusion
- allergic to labetalol or diltiazem
- Bradycardia \< 60 beat/min
- Second or third degree heart block
- Severe asthma or severe COPD
- Brain stem tumor
