Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- at least 18 years old
- diagnosed with pre-diabetes
Exclusion
- diagnosed with diabetes
- pregnant or nursing
- unable to walk 2-3 blocks in 10 minutes
- unable to read and speak English
