Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • \- Nonedematous hyponatremia with normal renal, adrenal and thyroid function. -Non-hyponatremia with increased fractional excretion of urate.

Exclusion

  • Subjects \< 18 years of age
  • Pregnancy
  • Serum creatinine \> 1.4 mg/dl
